Withdrawal Instructions
Who Can Withdraw?
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the provisions below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.
Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at jollylight.customerservice@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but doing so is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Refunds Following Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
When a refund may be withheld
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them.
Returning Your Goods
You must return the goods no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Return Information
Where possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories.
Please do not return goods with postage payable by the recipient.
These requests are not conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal.
